Built in 1909, this Craftsman house is classic ‘anywhere USA.’ Unusual for a Craftsman, the rooms in Los Angeles Film Friendly House are large with high ceilings allowing plenty of room for lights, equipment, dollying, and long, beautiful shots including the entryway which allows excellent coverage for front-door scenes and takes. The front door is an Art Director’s dream. An art piece of its own. Natural light is possible at all hours of the day. Hundred-year-old-floors upstairs and down, period tiling in baths and an unusually large kitchen not usually found in a house of this period. The house is located in historic Country Club Park, a film-friendly neighborhood, with wide streets and historic homes, just two blocks from the original American Horror Story house. We welcome union and non-union crews.
